Siege

Siege has been making up stories since perhaps the age of five; however, writing comics is something of a new experience. Siege's first story in print was “Predator/Prey”, a five-page tale in the Pronto Comics bounty hunters anthology “For a Price”. Planned upcoming projects include a ten issue science- fiction limited series (for which an artist is presently being sought!), an ongoing supernatural adventure series, as well as a super-hero title focusing on issues of gender and societal perception.

Siege's credientials include a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Dramatic Writing department, as well as a minor in anthropology. (However, test audiences have rejected the concept of a comic about Neolithic Scandinavian burial practices …) Siege is also a two-time graduate of Andy Schmidt's “Comics Experience” writing course, a former Marvel intern, and a MoCCA member and volunteer.
